Love one of our bracelets but want to make it your own? This option allows you to request custom changes or personalized details to an existing bracelet design.

How to Place Your Custom Order:

1. Choose the bracelet you would like to customize from our website or send photos of desired look.
2. DM (Facebook or Instagram) or Email customization request. Please allow 1-3 business days for response. 
3. Once product and amount are agree upon, return to this option on the website (this exact product)
4. In the Customization Request section, select your name next to agreed amount (this will appear after agreement of sale).
5. Continue with checkout and mailing options. 

Please note: Customization requests are subject to availability and may require an additional charge depending on the materials and complexity of the request. We will contact you if your request requires an additional fee or if we need clarification before making your bracelet.

Important: Please DO NOT place a custom order until you have reviewed the original bracelet design you would like us to customize.

Please DO NOT PAY for anything until we have reached an agreement. 

Every custom bracelet is made especially for you, so custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, a refund may be available for you (please provide proof).
